pkjok Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions

pkjok (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "we") provides an online casino and betting service for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between pkjok and the registered user of the platform ("Member" or "you").

These Terms have been prepared in Bengali and that version is the final and binding version. These Terms apply to all services, products, games, bonuses, promotional activities, and any type of transaction on the pkjok platform.

1.1 Definition of Services

All online casino games, live casino, slots, sports betting, bingo, and other gaming services provided through the pkjok platform are collectively referred to as "Services".

1.2 Applicable Law

2 Account Registration

To enjoy the full services on pkjok, you must create a personal account. The following conditions must be strictly followed during the registration process:

• Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Your account login credentials (username and password) must be kept confidential at all times.
• pkjok must be notified immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

pkjok reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. As part of the KYC process, a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents may be requested. Withdrawal privileges may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

3 Age Verification and Eligibility

The pkjok platform is for those aged 21 and above only. Registration and use by minors is strictly prohibited.

pkjok reserves the right to verify age. If there is any doubt about a member's age, pkjok may request proof of age documents and may temporarily suspend the account until verification is complete.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for making deposits on the pkjok platform: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (applicable for each method).
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

The following terms apply to withdrawing your winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing time is generally 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The withdrawal process may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

pkjok offers various bonuses and promotional offers. The following general terms apply to all such offers:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To receive this bonus:

• The combined amount of the bonus and deposited funds must complete a wagering requirement of 15 times (wagering requirement: 15x).
• The wagering requirement must be met within the specified time after bonus activation.
• A member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Multiple members from the same household may not take advantage of the same bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
• pkjok reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• In cases of bonus abuse or breach of terms, the bonus will be forfeited.
• If there is an active promotional code for receiving a bonus, it must be provided at the time of deposit.

5.3 VIP Program

pkjok's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback benefits for each tier are as follows:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

The amounts and conditions for moving to higher tiers are determined by pkjok and are subject to change.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on the pkjok platform are conducted in a fair and impartial manner. The following rules apply to all members:

6.1 Game Integrity

• pkjok uses fair play technology to ensure the outcome of all games.
• Any objection regarding a game result must be reported to support within 24 hours.
• In the event of a technical error, pkjok reserves the right to cancel the game.

6.2 Betting Limits

Specific minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and betting market. pkjok reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

6.3 Disconnection

If a game is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection, the game will be settled according to the last state saved on the server. pkjok bears no liability in such a situation.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkjok platform and may result in account closure:

• Any form of fraud, deception, or use of unauthorized software.
• Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activities.
• Stealing or using another member's account credentials.
• Attempting to intrude into pkjok's systems or network.
• Attempting to predetermine or manipulate game outcomes.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Providing false or misleading information.

8 Account Suspension and Termination

pkjok reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Non-cooperation with the KYC verification process or providing false information.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a long period (generally 12 months or more).
• Security concerns or suspicious activity.
• At the member's own request (in the case of voluntary self-exclusion).

8.1 After Account Termination

After an account is closed, eligible withdrawable funds may be returned in accordance with pkjok's policies. However, this may not apply to accounts closed due to a breach of terms.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

9 Limitation of Liability

pkjok bears no liability for the following:

• Any loss caused by the user's internet disconnection.
• Delays or disruptions in the services of third-party payment providers.
• Loss resulting from unauthorized account access (if caused by the user's own negligence).
• Service disruptions due to force majeure (natural disasters, cyberattacks, government restrictions).
• Financial losses arising from gaming — all betting is at the member's own risk.
